TRIP GUIDELINES
- • Represent the driver or company that assigned you the trip professionally. Do not promote your own business, hand out business cards, or solicit future bookings from their client.
- • Complete the trip yourself using the vehicle shown when you were assigned. Any vehicle change requires approval from the job poster. Do not pass the trip to another driver; contact the job poster if you cannot complete it.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
- • Direct all questions about rates, payments, extra charges, or gratuity to the job poster. Do not request payment or tips from the passenger unless instructed by the job poster.
- • Report delays, extra stops, or additional waiting time to the job poster promptly, and keep your trip status updated in Uways.
