Get trip alerts in Focus and Do Not Disturb

Important trip alerts can reach you even when Focus or Do Not Disturb is on. These are:

• Someone assigned you a new job
• You got the job
• A job was cancelled
• Reminders before pickup, like going online or marking On the Way
• Alerts that the driver on your job is still offline or hasn't headed out

Other notifications, like New offer available, follow your Focus and Do Not Disturb settings.

On iPhone, these alerts are Time Sensitive:

• Open Settings, tap Notifications, then tap Uways
• Make sure Time Sensitive Notifications is on

On Android, these alerts come through the Job Alerts channel:

• Open Settings, go to Apps, tap Uways, then tap Notifications
• Tap Job Alerts and turn on Override Do Not Disturb
• Job Alerts shows up after your first job alert arrives. Menu names can differ a little between phone brands
