Upload your carrier permit (PUC/TCP)

If your state or region requires a for-hire / TCP permit, you can upload it from Menu › Manage Documents, under Carrier Permit. This one is optional if it doesn't apply to you.

• Accepted formats: PDF or photo
• We automatically read the permit number and company name once you upload it
• You'll see the result as verified or needs a new photo right on the document card
